Second trip to field on Sunday and it was nice. Ran and played ball with Bear, tired as normal, me saw an owl thing in the sky looking for food – my food just arrives for me rather than me hunt it!

Dad and me had a walk later in the evening – Bear was out so more ball play and chasing. Bear’s hooman asked us if we wanted a drink thing so we went into Bear’s home. It’s right next to our play area.

This is only the 4th home thing I have ever been into – it smelt different to mine and me sniffed lots. Dad was more nervous than me and he kept a close eye on me just to make sure me was behaved. Me felt cheeky so me decided to help myself to Bears toy box and see what was worth stealing ðŸ™‚ Bear just ignored me as he had two balls in his mouth – Bear is actually a ball monster and not a pooch!

Last night we had our usual off lead ball play / chase and then when we were going home me and Bear decided to wrestle. Bear didn’t have any balls in his mouth and he just seemed to want to really play. We bounced around, we jumped, we chased, Bear lay on his back and me jumped on him, Bear bashed me with his huge paws, we mouthed each other, he caught me leg and me made a noise, me got his ear back! This is the first time we had played like this and it was loads of fun. Lots of playful biting, zero growling and lots of mutual respect (whatever that means!) for each other. Bear is huge compared to me – but he was very good and didn’t hurt me and me stood me ground.

This continued into Bears home and we bashed each other some more – then we stopped for a rest and then we bashed each other again. Me cheated and stood on the sofa thing so me got a better battle advantage – dad taught me well! Even though we played rough – there was lots of signs of being gentle and submissive and making sure we were both OK.

Me was really pooch tired and just slept like a sleepy thing at home. Dad even made me walk back and wouldn’t carry me!

Dad is really proud and happy. We have a new word for everyone to think about – it’s “Tuple” – and comes from the Marcus and dad mantra of life. (T) Time , (U) Understanding , (P) Patience , (L) Love and finally (E) Effort.

Tuple gets results!
