It’s our quiet day – no builder hoomans, no unplanned excitement. Just our usual me sized play session which was fun. It feels like it’s been a long time since me played with me buddies but it was good to see them this morning 😀. Me and Fallon played and we let Peanut join in.
Me is thoughtful and luvs me dad so have made a new game with the builders – the game of “hide and swear” has turned into “hide and steal” – if there’s tools that me thinks dad would like that the builders have then me goes and pinches them from their toolboxes. Builders think it’s funny – me trying to get the shiny tools with batteries in for dad😀.
One day last week it all got a bit much for me as we had 4 building hoomans and lots of excitement in the house. Me couldn’t steal any tools and me was super excited. The safest calmest place was on dads lap so me just jumped up and slept there for a few long minutes – super safe, super peaceful and me felt so much better afterwards. We all need to feel safe and secure after all!
One day one of our neighbours knocked on the door to say hello. They had a pooch with them – a much older girl version of me friend Milo. Me was bouncing at the window with excitement so dad took me outside on me lead to say hello. Me and other pooch sniffed and she very gently growled at me. Me was OK with that and then we just lay on the floor and occasionally pawed each other and licked each other. Me liked her😀. Dad says it’s OK to not like some other pooches – just like hoomans don’t all get on.
It’s been a very busy week so me has to catch up with sleeps…..
