So today we did our Mantrailing introduction – my boy did well. We didn’t know exactly what to expect and how the introduction course would go. He wasn’t aways as quick to start searching as the others but hey it’s not a race.
You could definitely see him pausing, taking it all in and then going off to find the person.
It’s another string to add the activities bow – it definitely made him work and think. No bad reactivity to the other dogs there – he even started to play with one.
Now he’s sleeping having had lots of chicken over the weekend – tomorrow is a day of just being and chilling. As much as I make sure he experiences some new safe things – I also make sure he has periods of time where the busiest thing he does is stretch or change sleeping position.
